Good Afternoon PCWC Shareholders,
Our 2025 PCWC Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 1:00pm-3:30 pm at 20 Take the Other Road, Colby Smith and Holly Sloan’s home. Thank you both for hosting. A light lunch will be provided. Please arrive any time after 12:30 and plan to be early so we can start the meeting on time. There should be enough parking in the driveway and along the road - walking and biking are encouraged.
There will be a Google Meet option if you prefer to attend virtually ( see below).

A quorum will be required to vote on all matters. Due to this requirement, we ask that you do one of the following:
